These terms apply when you use the ToyGlow Lights website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us This website and store are run by ToyGlow Lights ("we", "us"). You can reach us at toyglowstore@outlook.com.

2. Orders When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we don't see or store your full card details.

4. Bundles and add-ons Bundle prices apply to the number of items listed in each bundle. Shipping Protection and the Extended Warranty are optional add-ons and are described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

5. Shipping and refunds Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

6. Using our products safely ToyGlow night lights are designed for use by parents and caregivers in a child's room. Please follow the included instructions, use the supplied USB cable and keep cables out of reach of young children.

7. Website content Please don't copy or reuse content from this website without our written consent. We try to describe products accurately, but colours and projections can look slightly different depending on your screen and room.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

9. Privacy How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
